From MEDICOM Toy Company. "Nothing is important...so everything is important." American artist Keith Haring was a painter and graphiti artist whose work was informed by New York street culture, the burgeoning LGBTQ movement of the latter part of the 20th century, and mortaility. After dying at the age of 31, he was the subject of a retrospective at the Whitney in 1997, had his work appear in work by such varied artists as Madonna and Christina Clausen, and was named by Equality Forum as one of their LGBT Icons in 2006. To continue their celebration of modern artists, MEDICOM Toy presents their first ever Keith Haring Be@rbricks. Collectors can choose from the 100% (70mm)/400% (280mm) set, or the larger 1000% (700mm) Be@rbrick. Either way, it's your opportunity to pick up a Haring for your own collection at an afforable price!
